Corporate Crime, Welfare and Influence

back buttonhome button

"I hope we shall take warning from the example of England and crush in its birth the aristocracy of our moneyed corporations which dare already to challenge our Government to trial and bid defiance to the laws of our country." Thomas Jefferson

It is the position of the White Rose that nothing short of a constitutional amendment that severly restricts the rights of a corporation is overdue. The elite of society has eroded our laws in the past regulating corporations until today corporations enjoy more rights than a private citizen.

Most people are unaware of past corporate laws. An article by the White Rose with useful links to state constitutions and Supreme Court cases. Find out what the past laws really were and how judicial activism and corruption has led to corporate rule. Presently we are a government of the corporations, by corporations and for the corporations. The end result of any society governed by corporations has always been full-blown fascism. The news is full of articles detailing abuses of our environmental laws and our labor laws at the hands of corporate America. Past laws as detailed in the corporate law article have been rendered by right wing judicial activists. Presently the Federalist Society's stated object is to produce judges sympathetic to corporations. Congress is for sale to the highest bidder, our campaign finance laws allow corporations to buy influence above and beyond any that an individual. The news carries reports of corporate abuse of our environmental and labor laws on an almost daily basis. The present electrical power shortage in California is a crisis of a lack of regulation. The corporate generating companies have conspired to create a false shortage. Workplace deaths out number the murders in our streets by a factor of ten. Many of these deaths are directly caused by violations of OSHA regulations. An individual would be held for murder or manslaughter in such cases. Yet hardly a single corporate officer has ever been charged with murder or manslaughter. Its time we stood up and take back our society and government The White Rose is firmly committed to a lasting solution preventing corporations from ever becoming a threat to our democracy. And in that regards The White Rose proudly presents a proposed amendment restricting the activities of corporations.

Congress Pays Polluters to Deplete & Destroy the Nation's Natural Resources

"I see in the near future a crisis approaching that unnerves me and causes me to tremble for the safety of my country....corporations have been enthroned and an era of corruption in high places will follow, and the money of the country will endeavor to prolong its reign by working upon the prejudices of the people until all wealth is aggregated in a few hands and the Republic is destroyed." Abraham Lincoln

MAI  & Other Corporate Rule Treaties:

Various links below have described the MAI treaty as the trade agreement from hell, financial terrorism and the corporate rule treaty. It is all of these and even more ominous it is fascism. Fascism and Nazism are inseparable from corporatism. Just as the Nazis were totalitarians so is the MAI trade agreement. If adopted if would surmount all state and local labor and environmental laws, the bill of rights even the constitution. In short it gives total absolute control to the corporations. Canada's environmental laws were already challenged under NAFTA, the environment lost. Our own environmental laws have already been breached under trade agreements.
